By accessing or using StatFolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of StatFolio, including creators with active subscriptions and visitors to public dashboards.
StatFolio is a subscription-based platform that allows content creators to build and share professional stats dashboards and export PDF media kits. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information current.
StatFolio is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $9/month, following a 14-day free trial. By starting a trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account will be marked past due. We will attempt to collect payment before suspending access to your dashboard.
You retain ownership of all stats, profile information, and other content you enter into StatFolio. By publishing your dashboard, you grant StatFolio a limited license to display that content publicly at your unique dashboard URL. You may remove or unpublish your content at any time through your account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you publish is accurate. StatFolio does not verify the accuracy of stats or credentials entered by users.

The StatFolio platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by StatFolio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
StatFolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatFolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of StatFolio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
